Every experience below can be booked with TourKro on WhatsApp: we confirm availability and pickup time before you pay.

Romantic experiences in Phuket

Phi Phi and Bamboo Island

This route combines the Phi Phi Islands with Bamboo Island (Koh Mai Phai), a flat island with one of the softest white-sand beaches near Phi Phi. Between them you stop at Pileh Lagoon and Monkey Beach and snorkel over coral.

Duration: Full Day (9.5 Hrs) · From ฿2,200 per person. See options and book Phi Phi Island + Maya Bay + Khai Island by Speedboat with Lunch- National Park Fee Included. Tip: Do not feed the monkeys at Monkey Beach and keep bags closed; they grab food and sunglasses.

Dolphin watching trip

A boat trip into dolphin areas off the coast, often combined with island stops. In the Gulf of Thailand near Koh Samui and Khanom, rare pink dolphins (Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins) are sometimes seen.

Duration: 1 Hr · From ฿1,500 per person. See options and book Dolphin Bay Phuket Show (VVIP Seat). Tip: Dolphins are wild, so sightings are likely but never guaranteed.

Aquaria Phuket

Aquaria Phuket, inside Central Phuket Floresta, is the largest aquarium in Phuket with walk-through tunnels and zones from rainforest rivers to the deep ocean.

Duration: About 2-3 hours · From ฿2,600 per person. See options and book Aquaria Phuket + Maya Media Art. Tip: A good rainy-day plan. It is inside a shopping mall with Indian and international food courts.

Hanuman World Phuket

Hanuman World in the rainforest of Phuket is one of Thailand's biggest zipline parks, with ziplines, sky bridges, abseiling and a roller-coaster style ride over the trees.

Duration: About 1-3 hours including the briefing · From ฿3,200 per person. See options and book Hanuman World – Combine World D+ (Roller + Skywalk + Meal at Wanon Zone). Tip: There are weight limits (about 30-120 kg). Wear closed shoes.

Beach club

A beach club day with a pool by the sea, sunbeds or sofas, music and food and drinks. Packages give you a reserved bed, sofa or cabana, and some include a food and drink credit.

White water rafting

A rafting run on a jungle river with a trained guide in every raft, life jackets and helmets. Rafting combos often add ATV riding, a zipline or an elephant visit.

Duration: 30 minutes · From ฿4,200 per person. See options and book White Water Rafting E-2: Samet Nangshe + Elephant Trekking (30 min) (Samet Nangshe, Suwankuha Temple, Rafting 5 km, Zipline 150 m, Thai Buffet & 2 Indian Dishes, Elephant Trekking 30 min). Racha and Coral Island (Phuket)

Racha Yai and Coral Island (Koh Hey) are the closest good snorkelling islands to Phuket, about 30-45 minutes by speedboat from Chalong. Racha Yai has the clear-water Patok and Siam bays, while Coral Island offers a beach with water sports.

Duration: Full day (about 7-8 hours) · From ฿4,200 per person. See options and book AEOLOS/C2: Coral Island, Racha Island & Promthep Sunset. Tip: A good choice for families and first-time snorkellers because the boat ride is short.

ATV ride

An off-road ATV (quad bike) ride on jungle and mountain trails, with a guide leading the group and a short practice before you start. Most routes stop at a viewpoint.

Duration: 45 minutes · From ฿2,600 per vehicle. See options and book ATV 45 mins. (200 cc.) + SIC transfer (sightseeing & riding to Big Buddha viewpoint) 1-2 pax. Tip: Wear clothes that can get muddy. Riders need to be old enough to drive; children can ride as passengers.

Best time to visit Phuket

November to April is the dry season with calm seas. May to October is the monsoon: cheaper hotels, but some island trips are changed or cancelled because of waves.

Dates worth knowing when you plan:

  • January: Chinese New Year falls in late January or February; Bangkok's Chinatown celebrates.
  • February: Chiang Mai Flower Festival (first weekend of February).
  • March: Indian school holidays and Holi trips begin.
  • April: Songkran, the Thai New Year water festival, 13-15 April, everywhere in Thailand.
  • September: Phuket Vegetarian Festival is in September or October (9th lunar month).
  • October: Diwali trips from India start (October or November).

A simple 4-day plan for Phuket

  1. Day 1: Phi Phi and Bamboo Island and Dolphin watching trip (arrive, check in and start easy).
  2. Day 2: Aquaria Phuket and Hanuman World Phuket.
  3. Day 3: Beach club and White water rafting.
  4. Day 4: Racha and Coral Island (Phuket) and ATV ride.

Island and sea trips are best booked early in your stay, so a spare day is left if the weather moves a boat.

Getting to and around Phuket

Phuket International Airport (HKT) has direct flights from several Indian cities and frequent flights from Bangkok (about 1 hour 20 minutes).

There is no metro; use Grab, taxis or a private car. Tour transfers include hotel pickup in most areas. TourKro arranges airport pickups and private cars at fixed prices.

Where to stay in Phuket

Patong for nightlife and shopping, Kata and Karon for families, Kamala and Bang Tao for upscale resorts, Phuket Town for culture and food.

Food: vegetarian, Jain and Indian options

Patong has many Indian restaurants, including pure-vegetarian and Jain-friendly options. Many tours include lunch; tell us when you book if anyone in your group is vegetarian or Jain, and we ask the operator to prepare.

Questions travellers ask

How many days are enough for Phuket?

Most travellers spend 3 to 4 nights in Phuket. Add a day if you want both an island trip and a show without rushing.

Do Indians need a visa for Thailand?

Thailand has offered visa-free entry or visa on arrival to Indian passport holders in recent years, but the rules change. Check the latest rule on the Royal Thai Embassy or Thai e-Visa website before you fly, and fill in the online Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) shortly before arrival.

Which currency should I carry?

The Thai Baht (THB). Carry some Baht or US dollars for small expenses; cards and UPI-linked apps are accepted in many shops, but street stalls, boats and markets want cash.

Is vegetarian and Jain food available?

Yes. Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket have many Indian restaurants with vegetarian and Jain menus. Tell us your food needs and we add meals to your tours.

Any local tips for Phuket?
