Partner marketplace terms

Listing

• Joining and listing are free. You list only services you run yourself or can confirm.
• Prices you enter are your net price for TourKro. TourKro decides the selling price for customers.
• Do not put phone numbers, e-mails or website links in listings; they are removed.
• TourKro may refuse, change or remove any listing.

Bookings

• Customers book with TourKro. We send you the guest details after the booking is confirmed.
• You confirm or decline a booking within 24 hours. A confirmed booking must be delivered at the agreed price.
• You do not contact guests sent by TourKro to sell them other trips outside the platform.
• Payment of your price is made as agreed for each booking.

Leads

• Leads are trip requests from travellers who agreed to be contacted by up to 3 travel companies.
• Use a lead only for that traveller's trip. Do not sell or share it. Stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop.
• Wrong or fake numbers can be reported within 48 hours; after a check the price goes back to your lead wallet.
• Lead wallet money is used for leads only and is not paid out in cash.

Privacy

• Traveller details are personal data. Keep them safe and delete them when you no longer need them (India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

Accounts

• TourKro may block accounts after customer complaints, fake listings or misuse of leads.
